Team Lead Sales Development - Swiss / Austrian Market (d/f/m)

This is a unique opportunity as the Team Lead of our Switzerland & Austria Sales Development team to develop new sales talents, shape the future of HR work, further develop the Austrian & Swiss markets, and make a significant impact on our customer experience.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, actively participating in the recruitment of new sales talents to ensure growth and success in Switzerland & Austria.
- Strong cooperation with the Partnership & Marketing team to further expand the Austrian and Swiss market plus develop account generation strategies to align with our sales objectives.
- Drive consistent achievement of sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis through expert guidance and motivation.
- Cultivate a strong sales culture that places the customer at the heart of all activities, fostering a customer-centric approach.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to optimize processes, improving conversion rates, time to sell, average revenue per account (ARPA), and other critical KPIs.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a sales development representative and/or account executive in B2B new customer acquisition with focus on the Austrian/Swiss market.
- Ideally you have 1+ years of leadership experience in a B2B sales team. However, this can be replaced with extensive experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant CRM systems such as Salesforce and engagement platforms like Groove, Salesloft and Outreach.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; within the team, with colleagues and customers as well as assertiveness towards internal stakeholders from Marketing, Partnerships and management.
- Project and market development skills.
- A deep understanding of software, sales processes, and familiarity with sales models like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, GAP Selling, and BANT.
- A track record of accurate forecasting and consistently exceeding set goals in a timely manner.
