Your mission

As Tech Recruiter (all genders) you will utilize your skills and experience to find the top talent for Rivada Space Networks including research, networking and candidate attraction, and assessment for your business area.This includes:

• Work closely with the key stakeholders to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role, function and how it fits into our organization   
• Partner with stakeholders to manage an effective recruiting process  
• Find, engage, and attract passive candidates through a wide range of search techniques 
• Recommend and drive process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness 
• Manage the recruitment journey from sourcing and screening through to interviews, and assessment 
• Conducting success analyses of the selected recruiting channels and processes as well as continuous optimization 
• Create and expand a strong talent pool 
• Support for various HR-projects

 This is a role that was created recently which means that there is a lot of space for you to develop. This role reports to the VP Recruiting.

What you bring on the table

• Successfully completed a degree in engineering or a comparable technical field
• 3+ yrs proven professional experience in recruiting in an international scale-up organization
• Extensive, proven engineering recruitment experience - ideally gained within the space industry or satellite communications sectors 
• Proven success and experience from comparable activities in both strategic and operational recruiting desirable
• Experience of recruiting at-pace in a scaling environment
• Interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
• International recruitment experience
• Confident handling of MS Office applications and other tools 
• Target-oriented, results driven, and a driven workstyle with analytic problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the gravitas to gain credibility quickly and the ability to convey complex arguments and engage with hiring teams in a professional manner
• Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite
