- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust and predictable talent funnel for current and future needs, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a relentless focus on performance metrics, including quality of hire, pipeline velocity, and offer acceptance rates.
- Continuously refine and scale our recruitment processes to maximise efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Lead data-informed employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns that measurably increase the quality of our inbound applicant pool for critical tech roles.
- Own the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring every interaction is optimised to engage, attract, and convert top-tier talent.
You’ll be great for this role if:
- You are fluent in English; as a truly global team, you'll need to connect with people across locations.
- You have demonstrated competence in interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management.
- You possess strong project management, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- You are adaptable and flexible, with a strong sense of curiosity and learning agility.
- You are analytical and have a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how to derive actions from them.
- You have knowledge of the local talent landscape in Poland and Europe.
- You currently have legal right to work in Poland. This role doesn't offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
