YOUR MISSION
Are you a recent graduate or early in your tech career? Do you have a passion for solving technical challenges and working with cutting-edge technologies? Join our Q-Commerce team as a Technical Account Manager - Integration Support! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our teams, helping them with integrations and troubleshooting.
THE JOURNEY
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to enable and improve integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues using Jira tickets.
- Serve as the main technical contact for our Partners, ensuring the stability of our collaborations and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Communicate directly with retailers to address issues and inform them about catalog and operations decisions.
- Conduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations.
- Identify and resolve integration issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Recent graduate or early career professional with a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of internet technologies, including HTTP, JavaScript, REST, API, JSON, OAuth, Postman, and Swagger.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Python, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and database analysis.
- Passion for end-to-end project management, from ideation to implementation.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Good English communication skills
Nice to haves
- Experience with contemporary programming languages, such as Python.
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools.
- Proficiency in French.
