As the Revenue Enablement Manager - SE Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technical teams have the training, resources, and support they need to excel. Your focus will be on both product and role-based enablement, including release enablement, to ensure our teams can not only demonstrate our solutions but also effectively connect them to customer value. This role requires close collaboration with our Product, Product Marketing, and Value Engineering teams to deliver high-quality and timely enablement.

As a key player on our Revenue Enablement team, your primary responsibility will be to develop, design, and deliver technical enablement programs tailored to the needs of Solutions Engineers and other technical revenue teams. Your work will ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead successful customer engagements, drive platform adoption, and serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.

What you’ll do 

  • Enable Technical Teams: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for new hires and existing technical team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes partnering with both key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Content Development: Curate, design, and maintain a library of technical enablement content, including product documentation, demo scripts, technical deep-dives, and best practices guides. Ensure all materials are current and aligned with the latest product features and industry trends.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Build and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions, workshops, and certifications tailored to various learning styles. Topics may include platform overviews, advanced product features, customer pain point identification, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to stay informed about product updates and new features. Integrate this knowledge into enablement content and training programs, ensuring alignment with product strategy and messaging.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs. Regularly analyze program outcomes and capture feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of training initiatives.

What you’ll need (minimum qualifications)

  • 5-6 years of experience in a technical program management or technical enablement role, particularly within revenue enablement at a SaaS company.
  • Experience developing dynamic and engaging technical training that resonates with various audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to proactively identify and address potential challenges before they arise, and you work effectively across departments to deliver comprehensive enablement content. This includes partnering with stakeholders across sales and solutions engineering teams.
  • Aptitude to pick up new technologies and adapt to an evolving tech stack with minimal guidance.
  • Familiarity with content management and learning management systems, as well as adult learning best practices.
  • BSc/MSc degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related engineering field is nice to have.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$148,800—$175,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:$136,300—$160,400 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:$123,900—$145,800 USD
