Joining Collibra’s Product & Engineering PMO team

Collibra’s Product & Engineering PMO team leads project, program and release management, and supports all operational functions in support of our Product & Engineering team. We are looking for a Project Manager to drive a number of critical, cross-functional initiatives that advance Product & Engineering’s company objectives for the year. 

You will be reporting to a Manager of P&E PMO and working primarily with stakeholders in both Product & Engineering, Security and other departments at Collibra. 

Technical Project Managers at Collibra are responsible for
  • Leading a number of critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
  • Partnering with cross-functional leaders to structure critical projects and facilitate decision making
  • One of Collibra’s core values is ‘Embrace and Drive Change’, which is a core responsibility of PMO in the Product & Engineering organization
  • Contributing to the design, development and iterations on a framework and materials for project management including but not limited to planning iterations, risk management and progress reporting
  • Driving accountability by identifying, documenting and developing key performance indicators and metrics
  • Taking proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed expectations as well as managing expectations of cross-functional partners
  • Working with various domain experts from Product Managers, Engineers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.
You have
  • 2+ years experience in managing multiple projects, preferably in a technology organization
  • Business acumen, statistical analysis, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Jira is a must
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will have built relationships with leaders in Product & Engineering, become familiar with company objectives and learn our current landscape
  • Within your third month, you will have taken on a key role on a project 
  • Within your sixth month, you will have successfully taken the lead on a project 
Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
