INVENSITY, Inc., is looking for a technical sales professional who will be responsible for client acquisition for business development. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 workdays in the Detroit office.

What can you expect?

  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing INVENSITY projects and services
  • Conduct B2B customer acquisition through cold calling, delivering emails, following up on warm leads, and other outreach methods to secure new business
  • Collaborate with our consulting engineers to recognize the potential of your customers and explain the advantages of working with our services
  • Manage the sales pipeline and sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of INVENSITY's offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position INVENSITY's services and anticipate customer needs.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in client business generation through cold calling sales is a plus
  • Preferred experience with sales tools such as ZoomInfo
  • Driven and persistent when cold-calling and developing new business leads
  • Must be goal oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Reflects excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to successfully conduct prospection meetings
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify industry needs and connect with relevant players, including clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic for new technologies and their potential impact on the industry
