UX Content Analyst

About the Role
Want to make the internet better? Love research, organizing data, running fast, and helping to build products that people love?
Cloudflare is looking for a UX Content Analyst to help drive the vision of our growing Product Content Experience Team. As a Content Analyst, you will focus on building and maintaining our research practices, analyzing existing data to help plan future initiatives, and perform research to help us better understand and meet our users’ needs. We are looking for a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about helping people and building a better internet.
Responsibilities
Perform and analyze research
- Lead research efforts for the Product Content Experience Team that align with broader business goals
- Assess and improve current product research to build valuable/actionable insights that guide product content development
- Collect and consolidate metrics, data, design research, user testing, customer support insights, and more to support the Product Content Experience Team
Defining and maintain team processes
- Recommend workflows, governance models, and processes the Product Content team
- Guide team research efforts, including user interviews, journey tracking, A/B tests, surveys, content evaluations, and any other research practice you deem necessary
- Develop and share best practices, strategies, and process to enable Content team research projects
Collaboration and support product initiatives
- Collaborate product leaders and other research teams as an advocate for unified, seamless user experience
- Focus research efforts on broader initiatives of increasing product adoption, decrease churn, and discover recommendation opportunities across the user journey
- Socialize research findings with key stakeholders
- Advocate and drive adoption of standard methodologies which demonstrates a strong bias for proven, unbiased research practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as an UX Researcher, UX Analyst, Product Researcher or related field
- 4+ years of experience working in a related field as a Content Designer, Product Designer, Taxonomist, or Business Analyst
- Previous experience working on a Content or UX Design team in all phases of the design process: qualitative and quantitative research, building a strategy, and executing.
- Familiarity with a variety of research methodologies and working with large datasets
- Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across a company, its customers, and/or open-source communities.
- Comfortability working with and presenting to leadership teams
- Strong interest and comfort with technical subject matter
- A portfolio demonstrating experience with product research
