Overview:

You will report to our Treasurer, AP & Statutory Accounting Senior Manager and working hours will be 12:30pm - 9:30pm IST.

• Coordinate LivePerson’s vendor onboarding process
• Maintain General Ledger & Procurement vendor data
• Act as a liaison for business partners to assist in the onboarding of new vendors
• Maintain supporting documentation for LivePerson vendors
• Work closely with Security, Legal & Accounts Payable teams to implement process improvements
• Support the Accounts Payable & Expense cycles as needed
• Work closely with the Business Systems team to implement system enhancements
• Complete ad hoc projects, as needed

• Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Concur and SAP is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work US standard working hours
