About the role

As the Vice President, People Technology & Analytics, you will spearhead our strategic initiatives in optimizing our HR technology landscape, with a key focus on platforms like Workday and other integral components of our HR tech stack. Your role extends to overseeing operational reporting requirements, employing advanced analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

Leading a team of dedicated professionals, your mission is to orchestrate the seamless integration, maintenance, and advancement of our HR systems, fortifying their capability to effectively support our diverse global workforce.

You will...

• Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for all HR technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and HR strategy.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday and other HR systems, driving efficiency across all HR processes.
• Collaborate closely with teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and other departments, to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using HR technology.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met and negotiating favorable terms for the organization.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, providing recommendations for new technologies to enhance the employee experience and drive business results.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to support end-users and administrators of HR systems.
• Oversee data governance and compliance efforts related to HR data, ensuring the security and accuracy of employee information following regulatory requirements.

In the role of VP of People Technology & Analytics, you will report to the Chief People Experience Officer.

We are considering applicants for the locations of Dallas or Los Angeles (Culver City).

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• You have at least 12 years of progressive experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms.
• You have led large-scale HR technology implementations and driving process improvements in a global organization.
• You can influence and collaborate with team members at all levels.
• You understand HR processes and best practices and have a passion for using technology to optimize HR service delivery and enhance the employee experience.
• Experience managing a team of HR technology professionals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Certification in Workday HCM or other relevant HR technology certifications is a plus.
