Vice President Sales (m/f/d)
The Role: What to expect
We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Vice President Sales (m/f/d) to lead our sales efforts at our Munich location. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our sales organization, building a robust global distributor network, and ensuring accurate forecasting to support our growth objectives.
Role Responsibilities: What you will do- Strategic sales responsibility: Managing sales growth in existing and new markets to achieve corporate goals.
- Leadership & team development: Building and leading an agile, performance-oriented sales team with a focus on excellence and accountability.
- Network management: Further developing our global dealer and distributor network to ensure profitability and brand integrity.
- Sales operations & forecasting: Responsibility for accurate sales forecasts, sales planning and operational programmes to achieve volume, margin and customer satisfaction targets.
- Performance & process optimisation: Establishing and monitoring KPIs, continuously optimising sales processes and implementing measures to achieve targets.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with marketing, product management, finance and other departments to maximise brand and business potential.
- Extensive management experience in international sales, ideally in technology-driven or high-growth industries (e.g. robotics, logistics, industrial automation).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing scalable sales strategies and building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, sales analytics and performance management.
- Experience in building and managing global sales and dealer networks, including contract negotiations, partner development and performance management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and convince stakeholders at all levels.
- Business fluent written and spoken English, other languages an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support markets, partners and teams on site.
