Video Production Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator for our video production team, you will play a vital role in the creation of videos that highlight why Wayfair loves certain furniture products. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that the video production pipeline runs smoothly, from script preparation to talent coordination and progress monitoring. This role requires collaboration with various Wayfair teams and contractors to meet our production goals effectively.

What You'll Do: 

  • Understand and manage the pipeline of products that need promotional videos.
  • Ensure products and scripts are ready and quality-checked for video talent.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Wayfair teams to schedule talent for video shoots.
  • Provide talent with clear expectations for their day, including dress code, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and report weekly on the progress of video production against goals.

Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management. Experience working in Video Production is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to influence others and drive project goals effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively with various teams and external contractors. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit to a full-time position with, with flexibility to handle occasional ad hoc projects as needed. This role will be an on-site position based in the Wayfair Boston, MA headquarters
