About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Revenue Marketing to own pipeline growth and marketing operations on a global scale.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing account-based strategies to drive revenue for our mid-market focused go-to-market motion.

Your contribution will be:  

Pipeline Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored to the mid-market, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Work with the sales organization and product marketing team to define the ideal customer profile (ICP), account selection criteria and stakeholder maps / personas.
  • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) principles to identify and target high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue marketing organization, including pipeline program managers, campaign managers, and other related roles.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven continuous improvement within the team.

Multi-Channel Marketing:

  • Utilize a mix of digital, content, email, social media, webinars, events, and other marketing channels to engage and nurture mid-market prospects.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to convert leads into opportunities.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Implement robust measurement and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of demand generation campaigns and the contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Tap into latest trends and advancements in AI to hone in on white space across target accounts and existing customers with highest propensity to buy or upsell/cross-sell.

Budget Management & Technology Stack:

  • Oversee the budget for pipeline generation efforts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technology tools and platforms that enhance the demand generation process and ABM initiatives.

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role with experience delivering proven results and driving B2B account-based demand generation and marketing ops teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of scaling ABM oriented demand generation programs for B2B SaaS companies, ideally in the mid-market segment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing technology, automation, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and pipeline growth.
  • Inherent curiosity and personal drive with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
