In this role, you will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, helping our customers succeed by advising them about new products and services.

• Conduct an analysis of the products and services offered to current customers.
• Provide guidance on maximizing the value of Usercentrics' latest solutions.
• Deliver customer satisfaction throughout product knowledge.
• Be the trust advisor of Usercentrics’ low touch customers.
• Be able to communicate and present the results of your work to internal stakeholders

• Written and spoken proficiency in the English and German languages is required..
