YOUR IMPACT

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Data Management: Handling employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy. 
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties. 
  • Training and Development: Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops. 
  • Compliance: Learning about labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements. 
  • Research and Analysis: Depending on the needs of the HR department, you might conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, or specific HR-related topics to support decision-making. 
  • Project Assistance: You may assist HR professionals with special projects such as policy reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or process improvements.

THIS IS YOU

  • You are enrolled at a German college or university, preferably in a relevant degree program (business administration, human resources management).  
  • Your way of working is structured, and you have an affinity for working with software.  
  • Proficient in German and English.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.    
  • You are also interested in a long-term collaboration of up to 20 hours per week.
