The Opportunity:

As our Working Student, you will support our Office Management team in Berlin to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with our Berlin Office Manager to assist with shipments, prepare the office for events and meetings, manage office maintenance needs, and provide general support. 

All applicants must be willing to work in the Berlin office 2-3 days per week during regular business hours for a total of 20 hours per week. Please submit your CV in German.

Your Mission:

• Support the Office Management Team in their day-to-day tasks
• Assist with various errands, as needed
• Set up appointments
• Prepare, send, and track packages

What you need to succeed:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Ability to fluently speak German and English
• Strong service mentality and hospitable demeanor
• Team-oriented mindset 
• Understanding of Google Workspace
