Your role and your Team:

As a working student in People Operations, you will gain broad HR / People Operations experience whilst playing a supporting role with various administrative tasks and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support and assist our People Business associates to ensure a smooth employee life cycle (Hire to retire).

The role will be 20 hours per week on a 6 month basis

Your Day to Day:

• Supporting the team in the daily and operational HR work
• preparation of all contract documents
• references
• compliance reports, etc.
• Supporting the team in our onboarding sessions twice a month
• Supporting data accuracy in our HRIS system Workday
• Supporting our immigration topics – Visa, Global Mobility
• Participate in a variety of HR projects

Your Profile:

• Student of a finance, HR studies program or similar studies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Good data handling and MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Proactive and independent approach to work
• Knowledge or interest on HRIS system would be an advantage (Workday)
• Fluent in English & German
