As we expand into a new office in Milwaukee, we need someone to own the Workplace Experience for our employees. Whether you’re coming from a background in office management, design, or customer service, we’re looking for someone who always gravitates towards the big-picture view of office needs.

We need someone to keep the office organized, take care of the team, and be a point contact for all local candidates. This is a big role with a tremendous impact on our culture, employee productivity, and visitor experience. You will employ both high-level execution and project management skills, and a persistent willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty.

The Job:

  • Own our built-out & furnished office space, with a focus on making the space functional and beautiful for a growing team
  • Be the go-to person for office questions, troubleshooting, and making sure the team has what they need to get their work done
  • Manage office snacks and supplies, including ordering team lunches
  • Manage the office's vendor relationships and take the lead on resolving any building maintenance issues that arise
  • Greet employees and visitors as the first point of contact when they arrive
  • Partner with the local team leads and the Workplace Experience team in Somerville to organize office events in & outside the office
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team based in Somerville, MA to ensure interviews run smoothly
  • Receive all office mail and deliveries, making sure items get to the right person in the office

  • Operate as if no task is beneath you, including restocking snacks or occasionally lifting heavy boxes
