We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst - People Analytics to support business and people leaders across global markets in improving our performance across all aspects of the HR value chain: talent acquisition, onboarding, development and engagement.

• Partner with local market People leaders and the People team to support decision-making, evaluate People KRs' progress, measure HR initiatives' ROI, and drive process excellence.
• Develop and support data products across all stages of the product life cycle: requirements gathering, product design, data pipeline development, data visualization,  launch, user training, and maintenance.
• Identify and translate complex business issues into hypotheses that can be tested with data, perform statistical analysis, and package and present findings.
• Promote analytical products and insights, support People team departments in sharing evidence-based insights with (senior) business stakeholders.
• Together with the rest of the People Analytics team, steer harmonization of metrics & data standardization across markets.

Required experience:

• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in People Analytics or a closely related field, preferably within a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's or Masters's degree with excellent grades in Business, MINT/STEM subjects, or HR/Organizational Development.
• Proven track record of planning, developing, and implementing Analytics projects.
• Solid experience with data-intensive projects using SQL and data visualization tools (pref. Tableau) as well as strong Excel/G-Sheet skills
• Previous experience with R / Python for advanced problem-solving will be preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
