As a Business Intelligence Analyst within the Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will join a fast moving and hands-on team with critical business impact. On the one hand you will hone your data and programming skills by automating data pipelines, building new modeling tools and improving existing ones. Building for the long term and delivering outcomes in a continuous manner will be paramount. On the other hand you will analyze business performance and will forecast the evolution of various brands and markets, with a focus on revenue. In both sets of tasks you will be exposed to many different stakeholders (marketing, operations, product, tech, strategy, C-level etc.) and will develop a comprehensive understanding of how HelloFresh Group operates.

• Understand how decisions are made and how they are supported by data
• Design and develop long lasting data products, from the data pipeline to the user interface, using Python and SQL, making the best out of softwares like Streamlit, Databricks, Tableau, Airflow, Workday Adaptive Planning etc.
• Analyze and anticipate business trends
• Explain your observations, solutions and recommendations
• Improve and maintain our infrastructure

• You have a good command of Python (in particular Pandas) and SQL and always want to learn more
• You enjoy providing simple and efficient solutions to seemingly complex problems
