The Change Manager is responsible to identify and enable changes, supporting, mentoring, and evaluating the changes impact on the organization. As a Change Manager in Product Development, you will play an integral part in our Operations Team to help deliver some of the most innovative and engaging products in the industry!

You will be part of the Operational Excellence team, a tight knit team, and as a Change Manager you will perform an integral role in any process and development changes across the whole business!

A taster of what you will be involved with:
  • Collaborating with Product Development Managers to understand organisational needs and drive operational/organisational change.   
  • Have One Betsson in mind: working in tight collaboration with the whole Betsson Group; connecting to existing Betsson processes and way of working. E.g. HR, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Commercial.   
  • Identifying needs and evaluating the impact of planned or executed organisational change.  
  • Identifying and enabling changes needed, and act as a mentor and change ambassador.  
  • Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.  
  • Providing support, coaching, and training to employees at all levels.  
  • Facilitating change management work streams with a structured methodology/process.  
  • Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.  
  • Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams. 
  • Creating an environment with psychological safety which sparks change and innovation. 
What we're looking for: 
  • Knowledge across both technology and product changes
  • Experience with large-scale organizational changes
  • Experience with project management
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with "as is" and "need" analysis
  • Familiar with agile methodologies and lean thinking  
  • Effective facilitation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to teach, mentor and coach others
