What you will be doing:
  • Strategic Development: Lead Avi's payer strategy to maximize patient value.
  • Payer Insights: Leverage deep knowledge of payer operations and needs for effective partnerships.
  • Pipeline Management: Map, prioritize and build partnerships 
  • Contract Negotiation: Spearhead contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the bridge between Avi Medical and payers.
  • Market Dynamics: Stay informed on payer market shifts and regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with medical, product, and finance teams to refine service offerings.
  • Performance Oversight: Set and evaluate metrics for partnership success.
Core skills & qualifications to help you succeed in this role are:
  • Deep Payer Engagement: 5+ years experience in or working with payer organizations, focusing on partnerships and contract negotiations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong ability to build and interpret business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project viability
  • Sales & Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate win-win deals; navigation in complex organizations in an account executive way
  • Communication & Engagement: Proficient in payer outreach, contact management, and negotiation, fluent in both German and English.
