The Enterprise Applications Manager (EAM) is a responsible for the management and support of our Enterprise applications and technology solutions, and is responsible for the architecture, support, maintenance, deployment, and enhancement of Enterprise Applications (EA). The EAM is responsible for planning and overseeing technical development being executed by both internal and vendor led teams, while working collaboratively with business units delivering technical solutions that meet goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and manage the work activities in delivering and supporting Enterprise Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
  • Collaborate with business and key IS stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff
  • Accountable for availability and performance of applications, including ownership of incidents, release management.
  • Drive stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management.
  • Play an active hands-on technical role supporting business outcomes.
  • Development and support our future Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Business Applications design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support, particularly with an ERP
  • Demonstrated vendor / contractor management.
  • Established project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in related ESM / ERP and CRM technologies.
