As a Field Marketing Manager, Programs at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. You will report to the Group Manager of Programs, Americas Field Marketing. You will help own and build the program kits run globally while also supporting our Americas Field Marketing team to ensure they have what they need to execute consistently across their markets.

The impact you will have:

  • Support the development and rollout of scalable and efficient field marketing program kits that include guidance and deliverables for global execution
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Work cross functionally to set-up and run effective and efficient meetings, hold teams accountable for deliverables and not only gather feedback on programs but the ability to also provide input to stakeholders
  • Own and execute key foundational programs to support AMER horizontal lead and pipeline generation
  • Ability to work independently to build and manage program enablement assets in Google slides and in Google sheets 
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables

What we look for:

  • 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events
  • Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsorships, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)
  • Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at scale
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience with Tableau, SFDC, Asana and Swoogo a plus
  • Must be metrics-driven

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
