And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONYou will be a key member of the sales operations team, working hand-by-hand with the Global Sales & Automation leader, Regional Sales Ops, and Head of Sales of each market. At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less, and your job will be to optimize the sales department across all our markets.THE JOURNEYYou will take care of:Strategy and alignment: Define the future of Sales at Glovo. Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to deliver clarity, and facilitate alignment, learning, and improvement to stakeholders.Analytics and insights: Understand the end-to-end sales process, perform hands-on analysis, and conduct in-depth investigations. With weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking, continuously identify operational inefficiencies, growth opportunities and the impact of implementations -- - understand what is working and what is notImplementation and stakeholder management: collaborate with stakeholders, make practical recommendations to the business, and drive implementation. You will continue to monitor the progress, and hold internal stakeholders accountable for delivering results.Cross-functional teamwork: this role, by nature is highly collaborative -- you will engage with a number of functions across the business - sales, strategy and planning, finance, marketing, etc.. and drive efficiency improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE+5 years working in a similar role (Sales Operations, Program Management, Business Analyst, Technology Consulting), driving decisions and processes across different internal groups.Strong experience with SalesforceEmphasis on process standardization using strong documentation and diagramming skills.Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems (e.g., CRM, reporting), and datasets.Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written.Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end.Exemplary problem-solving experience and best practice application.Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
