As our Growth Marketer for the Monetization Pod, you'll be a key player in developing and implementing strategies to boost our revenue streams. Working alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and data analysts, you will harness your expertise to drive effective monetization initiatives.

Your Tasks

  • Identify, design and execute innovative monetization strategies to maximize revenue

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies

  • Experiment with various monetization models and channels, analyzing their effectiveness and adjusting tactics accordingly

  • Collaborate within a nimble cross-functional growth pod (alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists) to create seamless and compelling user experiences.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in digital marketing and growth techniques.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

You Bring

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or growth

  • Proven track record in developing successful monetization initiatives in product led B2B Saas businesses

  • Strong understanding of SaaS B2B business models and digital marketing channels

  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform strategy

  • Experience with digital marketing and ability to execute hands-on marketing tasks (marketing automation, landing pages etc)

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
