YOUR MISSION
As Head of Payment Risk you will have the unique opportunity to lead the payment risk department at Glovo and shape the vision and strategy for the team with the central aim of solving risk and customer pain points.
We are looking for a seasoned Fintech Risk leader who has high analytical skills, strong drive and results orientation, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop winning solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility required to thrive in a fast-paced business and inspire a team of people across different areas.
THE JOURNEY

Define, own and execute the Payment Risk strategy for Glovo globally.

Own the Fintech Payment Risk P&L.

Manage, inspire and develop of (Sr) Risk Decision Scientists.

Work in hand in hand with product, engineering, data science and local teams to define the systems, processes and tools to effectively translate strategies into tangible results.

Be informed, get involved, and make things happen.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
-
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, top internet firms) including 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Minimum of 3+ years of management experience.

Proven track record of delivering strategic visions and results, defining investment strategy, building and executing annual plans.

Ease in working with OKRs, tracking/ reporting on established Risk KPIs, and turning insights into actions.

Extensive descriptive and prescriptive analytical experience to guide teams and stakeholders to make the right decisions for Glovo.

Experience in SQL with the ability to analyze large quantities of data using statistical analysis tools such as Python, and working with modern BI tools like Tableau or Looker.

Hands-on leadership driving fast paced change to an ambitious team.

An ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner.

An ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the teams.

Outstanding English speaking and writing skills (internal work language).
