YOUR MISSION

  • Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the region, always aligned with the company goals.
  • Track and support local Sales lead managers in your region.
  • Managing, coaching and mentoring the local sales teams, directly in the field.
  • As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability with a constant growth 
  • Take strategic decisions based on data and develop solid strategies.
  • Apply structure, methodology and efficient processes to support local teams performance to achieve goals.
  • Build long term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
  • Follow closely market trends and news
  • Improve local teams performance metrics and support local teams with improved processes
  • To adapt the Global sales strategy based on the local market situation
  • Build and manage a successful sales team working closely with local & regional leadership and other key teams
  • Own and lead sales tactics planning for the country and drive successful execution to achieve results
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive positive change
  • Build processes to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in order to achieve the sales targets
  • Work hard with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners
  • Drive structure and analytics into the daily sales process: setting responsibilities, meetings, and supervising team performance
  • Coordinate and manage the Sales Plans
  • Work closely with the Global and Regional Sales team, to roll out global processes in your region, execute actions needed to improve growth and profitability

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least, 5 years of  experience in managing high-performance sales
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer.
  • Proven record in leading, motivating and coaching high performing sales teams
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Proven People management
  • Organizing skills to stay focused on different tasks using your skills effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the desired goals.
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change at any level
  • Availability to travel through Ukraine
