The Team:
The EMEA Sales Programs team is the “machine” that drives and supports scalable execution at Celonis. We own programmatic initiatives that strategically support the Go to Market organization, with a focus on EMEA. We execute with program management excellence to drive change management and focus on outcomes. The Sales Programs team belongs to the COO Organization and is based in our lively Madrid office.
The Role:
As a Sales Programs Analyst Intern, you will support and work alongside an international team of Program Managers on the design and operation of sales programs and strategies ensuring they are executed and produce growth results. Moreover, you will get the opportunity to manage your own projects and learn how to identify business growth opportunities and how to operationalise these.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement and execute best-in-class, scalable growth and sales programs that support the company’s objectives.
- Design, build and maintain the analytics and reporting to measure the success of the growth and sales programs.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities based on analytics and user feedback.
- Manage internal communications for your programs.
The qualifications you need:
- Student of engineering, business administration or a comparable program
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel, experience with other analytical tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to different groups of stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities and proactively propose solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work efficiently and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and results-oriented environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
