Team

Be there from the beginning and implement our cloud-based strategy with us.From the IT department, Raisin Bank's IT applications are implemented and supported in projects. We successfully take care of the coordination and implementation of requirements that arise, for example, from our partners, internal specialist departments or from regulatory requirements.With modern, cloud-based tools, we optimally support the processes of our startup cooperation partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • You identify the requirements of our external and internal customers for our IT together with the specialist departments and recognize the opportunities of digitalization.
  • You optimize our internal bank processes.
  • In your team, you accompany all steps from development to implementation, from testing to the rollout of applications and systems to customers and ensure smooth cooperation with our service providers.
  • You work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • You help your team to prepare for the agile Scrum Sprint by analyzing requirements in depth and testing solution concepts pragmatically.
  • Together with your team, you take ownership of your products and ensure transparency for customers and your team throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your Profile

  • You have an above-average degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar subject.
  • You have at least two years of relevant professional experience as an IT business analyst and have also gained experience in the banking environment.
  • You have an above-average ability to abstract and organize yourself systematically and independently.
  • You enjoy validating your analyses with data and have already gained hands on experience working with BI tools (Looker).
  • You have practical experience in SEPA or Target2 payments.
  • You have hands on experience working with ISO 20022 message types.
  • You have knowledge of Bundesbank clearing processes as well as processes in SEPA, Target2 and SWIFT networks.
  • You have solid experience in classical and agile working methods.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have a strong team spirit.
