The Difference You Will Make:

As the program manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives by closely collaborating with stakeholders. You'll translate strategic insights into actionable plans, oversee program management, and track performance through regular reviews. Your focus on operational excellence will shape our workflows, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with company goals. By fostering collaboration and sharing best practices, you'll enable innovation and help us achieve our full potential. With your analytical mindset and execution prowess, you'll be instrumental in driving efficiency and excellence across the organization.

A Typical day:

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align, operationalize, and execute global and India programs and initiatives effectively.
  • Manage strategic programs by establishing clear project plans, defining milestones and priorities. Ensure timely communication of status updates, manage expectations, and report any obstacles to stakeholders.
  • Drive excellence in program management across our expanding teams, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal, Partner, and EX to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of initiatives.

    Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders within a matrixed organization, demonstrating strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Background in Strategy and Operations, or prior experience as a Chief of Staff for a VP or General Manager, showcasing strategic thinking and operational acumen.
  • Track record of successfully executing complex strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives, highlighting the ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited direction, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and sound judgment.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively balance competing priorities and manage multiple time-constrained projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and persuasive articulation of ideas and solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, providing foundational knowledge and skills.
  • xperience in roles such as strategy, operations, program management in an operations environment, demonstrating a strong background in relevant domains.
