The Onsite Marketing team is in charge of managing Wayfair’s key landing pages, including the homepage which is the “shop window” for our EU customers. Through onsite content banner execution and marketing funnel analysis, our team brings Wayfair’s brand messages to life onsite and engages with site visitors.
Our team is in charge of:
- Building and sophisticating our onsite exposure strategy that best communicates Wayfair’s offerings to our site visitors
- Overseeing the onsite experience on an everyday basis and during tentpole marketing moments
- Driving strong content engagement while maintaining down-funnel productivity through full funnel analysis
- Working closely with the global Storefront Products team to launch platform innovations and optimize site experience
What You’ll Do:
- Gain expert knowledge in Wayfair’s various content management tools and ensure operational excellence on a day-to-day basis
- Actively maintain and iterate funnel performance reporting and creative asset learning repositories to inform content exposure strategies and fuel innovations
- Independently collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Brand Messaging, Creative and Storefront Products, to refine and seamlessly execute the full onsite experience; communicate and relay feedback as appropriate
- Serve as an active international POC to our Engineering partners on tech feature troubleshooting, including testing end user experience on various devices and collecting live usage examples
- Keep a structured pulse on qualitative and quantitative learnings, suggesting process improvements
- Conduct onsite content QA on a regular and frequent basis across varying devices
What You'll Need
- Excellent communications in business English (German proficiency a plus, with minimum of basic understandings); able to communicate professionally and empathetically, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 6 months professional experience in the field of digital marketing, brand or business administration disciplines
- Strong attention to details, with a natural desire to solve problems and improve processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
- Solid Excel skills, together with an analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Proven ability to present information in a clear and visually compelling manner is advantageous
- Knowledge or interest in UX or content management systems a plus
