Paid Marketing Manager (f/m/x)
The Role:
As Paid Social Manager, you will lead and develop best-in-class paid social marketing strategies for the assigned markets and manage a considerable advertising budget to help us reach our growth and ROI targets.

What you’ll do
- You will own the Paid Social acquisition for your markets (including reporting on results, budgeting, and forecasting) and identify new opportunities to scale and deliver on performance targets.
- You will be hands-on in implementing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns (Upper/mid/lower funnel campaigns) from inception through post-launch management on key social media platforms (mainly Meta and TikTok) and actively support a rigorous testing and optimization culture.
- You are able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, campaigns with data-driven decision-making, and work closely with the Growth & Expansion teams.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can manage communication with multiple stakeholders.
- You will also get the opportunity to contribute towards multiple internal projects to improve the team’s growth (topics like Creative, Tech, and App) and collaborate with multiple teams.

What you’ll bring
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or business school, ideally in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics or related fields and/or have relevant experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on work experience in Paid Social Marketing
- You know Facebook Business Manager inside out. Experience managing TikTok would be a strong benefit. A plus if you have experience with Smartly.
- Experience in creating reports and ability to make data-based decisions. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Clarisights, Tableau, and/or similar.
- You are a quick learner and a problem-solver that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive and comfortable with pivoting quickly and delivering against ambitious moving targets and goals.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills. You are organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects at one time.
- You are passionate about the social media and online marketing ecosystem, highly motivated, and with a constant willingness to learn.
- Strong capabilities with MS Excel and general knowledge of Google Apps products (incl. Gsheet).
- An excellent level of English is required.
