Your daily workout

  • You will independently acquire new fitness and leisure facilities for EGYM Wellpass in order to sustainably found and expand our network for our users. 
  • You will manage the partner life cycle from initial contact to the execution of the partner contract.
  • You will speak with high level decision makers in the fitness industry to build long-term, trust based, partner relationships.
  • You will identify fitness market opportunities and potential drivers of increase.
  • You will maintain a high volume of activity with gyms, including calls, emails and in-person visits.
  • You will manage expectations and overcome objections you may encounter along the way.  
  • You will adhere to the use of our company CRM, Salesforce, in order to document your activities and enable efficient collaboration.
  • You will work cross functionally with various internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing) in order to achieve your goals.
  • You will build an organizational culture in which performance and corporate values are important. 
  • In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to the Senior Director of Sales and Partnerships. 

Your fitness level

  • You have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, taking a consultative approach (ideally in the fitness industry). 
  • You have a strong track record of successful business and territory development.  
  • You have previous experience as a manager in a fitness studio or wellness facility.
  • You have a degree in Sports Science or equivalent experience. 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid  time management, prioritization, pipeline management and presentation skills
  • You have a proactive, highly motivated, and results driven personality with an eagerness to sell a product that will change the fitness market. 
  • You have the ability to work on location at our offices in Downtown, Denver, CO occasionally (as needed). 

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000  (plus variable compensation)*Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
