Data Strategy and Insights Team (DSI) @ MongoDB

MongoDB is one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world. To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Process Automation Analyst to proactively maintain customer and prospect data. Tired of executing existing SOPs manually, here is your chance to Think Big, Go Far with this exciting Role: Principal Associate Process Automation under Data Strategy and Insights team of larger Sales Operations Teamand is responsible for ensuring that organization has access to high-quality information required to make data-driven decisions.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Shift Timings: 2pm-10pm. Cabs will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Writing Advanced SQL queries to automate manual processes
  • Create Sigma/Tableau dashboards
  • Can help the team with Ideation, solutioning 
  • Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality.
  • Creating and implementing design plans.
  • Analyzing code segments regularly.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
  • Working with internal customers across different time zones
  • Designing Rapid Automation process solutions as per standard design principles and conventions
  • Create requirement gathering docs, estimate project timelines, UAT scenarios, automation release
  • Request triage and prioritization
  • Stakeholder management
Requirements
  • Experience - 5 yrs in SQL
  • Strong Automation Skills with experience in SQL/BI/ Python/ETL 
  • Strong Data warehouse knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering
  • Open-minded, creative, and proactive thinking
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.com and familiarity with the Lead flow process including an understanding of Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity structure, searching, editing records. Prior experience working with bulk update tools like the workbench
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities
  • Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with sales/sales users is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and Ideation skills
  • Understanding of customer experience, listening to customers' voice, and work backward to improve business process and operations
