Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator will play an important role in aiding the procurement department as it expands and establishes a more developed process across all of Red Ventures. This person will help in day to day operations of the procurement system requirements, as well as troubleshoot and address internal and external requests or problems. This person will aid in project managing some corporate-wide, spend related initiatives throughout the year, as well as coordinate communications across multiple systems and teams.

What You'll Do

  • Problem solve and troubleshoot internal and external situations
  • Analyze and update data across multiple sources
  • Review financial accuracy and appropriateness
  • Develop documentation and FAQs
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Identify and recommend cost saving opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of job experience
  • Strong verbal communications skills; must be able to explain process and system functions in a simplistic fashion
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Quick learner who's able to adapt within a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to help and teach others
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel is a plus

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $40,000-$45,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
