As a Product Manager focusing on our account management and monetization setup, you will play a critical role in shaping the way partners and customers interact with our privacy solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customer. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS subscription & billing systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Tasks

  • Define and own the product strategy for Usercentrics account management and monetization setup
  • Define the Problem Space before diving into the Solution space
  • Create and maintain close relationships with our customers and partners to develop a deep understanding of their needs as well as the competitive landscape
  • Evangelize ideas that will help to resolve customer problems
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate requirements into user stories and product specifications
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap, and key milestones to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in
  • Collaborate with marketing to effectively launch new services, features and enhancements
  • Facilitate sales through training and creation of collateral materials for new product launches and features
  • Validate and improve product over time through measurement and experimentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, integrating them into the product roadmap and feature development

You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment, together with a strong Product Sense
  • Expertise in building and working with subscription management setups, implementing and maintaining Payment Service Provider and structuring account and permission setups in SaaS environments
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing scale-up environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of relevant ecosystems and technologies: API services, gateways, JavaScript, HTML, HTTP, CSS
  • Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and collaborative skills to lead a change in direction when needed
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
