We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. - Performance Analytics: You analyze Sales, BDR, and Marketing performance, identify patterns and bottlenecks, and translate your findings into concrete actions and projects
- Forecasting & Pipeline insights: You take ownership of key forecasting and pipeline processes—creating data-driven signals that surface trends, risks, and opportunities in every rep’s pipeline and help leaders act early
- Enablement through Insights: You develop scalable frameworks (e.g. scorecards, review processes, funnel health metrics) that help teams prioritize, decide, and improve continuously
- Automation & AI: You use different tools to reduce manual work and deliver fast, accurate, and consistent insights that teams can trust
- Initiative Ownership: You proactively identify high-impact areas across the revenue funnel and design, launch, and monitor projects - from strategy to execution
- Problem-Solving: You combine analytical thinking, technical skills, and business acumen to turn open questions into clear recommendations—and drive them through to results
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a role such as Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Founder’s Associate, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Tools: You’re comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce), experience with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus
- Automation: You actively use automation and AI tools to scale your work and set up automated signals such as churn scoring
- Mindset: You are a proactive, curious, and structured with a strong bias for action and a habit of following through
- Communication: You communicate effectively across stakeholders - from sales managers to executives - tailoring your message to the audience
- Language Skills: You have strong English communication skills; German is a plus
- Impact: You have delivered actionable insights that improve forecasting, pipeline management, and BDR performance
- Initiative: You have launched and are actively driving at least one high-impact project you initiated—based on your own analysis
- Enablement: You have helped shape a more proactive, insight-led operating rhythm across the revenue teams
- Collaboration: You have built strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—and become a go-to partner for revenue performance insights
