As Sales Development Representative (d/f/m), you work closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Partnership teams to actively develop our sales pipeline in Austria. You’re the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our software solution and acting as a fundamental part of our expansion strategy.

Your Daily Doing:

#CommunicationIsKey: You have an active, confident and friendly communication style, which makes it easy for you to approach potential customers and establish relationships with their decision makers.

#SolutionsOverProblems: You are a consultant for our potential customers. You work with them to identify their requirements and challenges, and to introduce Personio as a potential solution.

#DrivenByImpact: You’re proactive, researching and identifying new customers and developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation.

#TeamSpirit: You want to be part of a motivated and ambitious team. You enjoy sharing best practices and supporting each other as you work with your teammates  in Sales Development and the Account Executives.

What you need to succeed

  • You are interested in the Austrian market. Ideally you already have experience in this region and are familiar with the Austrian dialect.

  • You have already gained some experience in Sales, preferably in the B2B area (e.g. internships or working student in Sales, Event Management, the hospitality industry, etc.)

  • You are enthusiastic about software products and are fit to work with them.

  • You are an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.

  • You are able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in potential customers through your positive, energetic, and solutions-oriented manner.

  • You are a strong communicator with very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English skills. You also speak the Austrian dialect.

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a comparable education.

  • You will build the market with a small team and can actively contribute your ideas & learnings, which we will implement in close collaboration with Marketing.

  • Development of sales driven lead generation initiatives to optimize the qualification process in order to achieve the best possible customer experience for our Austrian potential customers.

  • Analysis & interpretation of customer requirements in Austria

  • Development & implementation of a go-to-market strategy in a B2B direct sales model and execution of successful sales pitches

  • Extensive on-the-job training and as part of the onboarding process you will participate in a detailed sales onboarding for the first four weeks and receive further development opportunities

  • Close collaboration with the Account Executives, the Marketing & Product Teams
