YOUR MISSION
We are preparing to launch our services in Albania soon! To achieve this, we need to build a team of enthusiastic individuals who can be likened to superheroes, covering various roles from sales and onboarding to account management. This team will play a crucial role in establishing Glovo as the preferred brand for ordering in Albania.As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sign as many partners and in the shortest time possible! You're going to have an amazing ride, securing partnerships with exceptional zeal, and ultimately gaining a remarkable insight into the intricacies of launching and scaling a startup! I won't lie to you – the opportunity is extraordinary, but be prepared for extended hours, so having a high level of energy (GAS) will be essential!
Your duties will involve overseeing the partnership throughout the onboarding process and ensuring that all required data inputs are promptly available. Additionally, you will serve as a vital link between our operations team and restaurant partners, facilitating effective communication to address any challenges encountered and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
THE JOURNEY
- Sign, sign and sign restaurants/groceries/pharmacies and whatever a customer orders that can fit in our yellow bag!
- Cultivate relationships with our restaurant partners, guiding them through onboarding, and securing long-term operational success by providing training on our systems and keeping them informed about updates.
- Act as a central figure, actively addressing obstacles and eliminating bottlenecks throughout the onboarding process to enhance speed.
- Guarantee that our portfolio of restaurants aligns with the highest Glovo service standards.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
MUST HAVE
- Excellent communicator and a great attitude in problem solving
- Albanian Mother language and Professional english level is a must
- Preferred: Experience on using Salesforce
- Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous - Glovo is also yours! Have good energy and like what you do, even on bad days
- Excel knowledge and Data Interpretation Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Account Management and/or Business Consultancy preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry
- Data-driven profile with strong business acumen
- Proactive, organized and detail oriented
