Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Sales Lead, Cross-sell to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business.
The Global Growth & Cross-sell Team at Payoneer is responsible for improving revenue from our existing high-value customers. The incumbent will be tasked to lead a team of sales managers and grow our revenue and product penetration from the target customers. Your responsibilities will include defining sales strategies, managing and improving sales processes and achieving cross-sell & growth targets. Working in a dynamic business environment, you will be responsible for collaborating with functional stakeholders like marketing, portfolio and revenue operations, aligning them on common objectives, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity. Candidate should possess strong business acumen and data understanding that enables him or her to drive engagement with stakeholders. He/she should also be a self-starter who can identify opportunities for global initiatives to drive the team’s objectives and prepare the execution plans. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
· Own and achieve cross-sell and growth targets; driving revenue from existing Payoneer customers
· Manage a team of Sales Managers, driving high performance, engagement and professional development
· Spearhead the cross-sell team’s strategy development, ensuring it meets the organization’s overall strategy.
· Design, implement, and manage the team’s sales processes
· Work closely with marketing, revenue operations and customer portfolio teams to align sales strategy with corporate OKRs
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the cross-border payments space and use market insights to refine sales strategies
· Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities

Have you done this kind of stuff?
· At least 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
· Ability to manage a high performing team and influence internal stakeholders
· Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
· Strong understanding of sales and sales operations processes & tools
· Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
· Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Not a must but a great advantage:
· Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
· Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME Customer Segments
· Experience working in an international company with diverse culture
