Sales Operations Lead (Maternity Cover)

Your Day to Day: 

  • Deliver timely and accurate sales plans, forecasts, and reports 
  • Define, implement, maintain, and continually improve policies, processes, and methodologies  
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision making 
  • Work closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to lead a collaborative and transparent planning and strategic process with the teams, ensuring that priorities, conflicts and dependencies are captured, communicated and managed 
  • Responsible for identifying and applying learnings, to contribute towards continuous improvements and efficiencies across Commercial and with wider stakeholders. 

Your Profile:  

  • Background in aerospace or aviation, with experience in sales operations 
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM software (preferably Zoho), including system configuration and customization 
  • Experienced in documentation and contract management  
  • Strong project and time management skills to organize stakeholders and drive projects and committees 
  • Motivated by fast paced environments, where a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility are given to teams in order to create success 
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Passionate about constantly getting better - with the drive to create continuous improvements across the organisation
