The role - your passion

  • Processing of incoming leads for myroadsurfer and roadsurfer subscription via hotline & WhatsApp, pre-qualification of leads, as well as coordination with our B2C Sales Managers
  • Processing of incoming bookings for roadsurfer subscription including vehicle allocation
  • Coordination with internal departments, e.g. on the topic of credit scoring
  • Coordination with customers to ensure completeness of documents

What you need to surf the wave with us

  • You have already gained some experience in customer service or sales and have a certain drive to convince customers
  • You work in a structured way and convince with your organizational talent
  • You are willing to travel for our sales events and are open to work on Saturdays as well
  • You speak and write business fluent German, your English is also fluentÂ
