With our Compliance COCKPIT, we support companies and other organizations in building their digital compliance program, which includes setting up internal speak-up systems for employees to safely report misconduct. More than 6,000 companies worldwide already rely on our Compliance products. As Senior Product Manager, you will have significant impact on the most important product in our portfolio. Working in a high-performing Product Team, you will be a central contributor to EQS Group’s overall success.  Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute: 

• Own the strategy! Take charge of the overarching product strategy, aligning it with the company’s business goals and market trends. Understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of the strategy. 
• Dig into customer problems! Continuously engage in Product Discovery to identify and understand pain points, needs and opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of our customers Jobs-to-be-done, their challenges, hopes and dreams, and the community and environment they operate in. Work in a Product Trio with Engineering and Product Design to come up with innovative, delightful solution ideas. Leverage our extensive customer base to discuss and validate ideas, concepts, and solutions. 
• Support efficient delivery! Own the Quarterly Objectives to make sure we focus on the most impactful initiatives. Work closely with Engineering teams using agile methodologies to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of product features and enhancements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, address challenges and roadblocks swiftly. 
• Be an Evangelist! Serve as the internal and external champion for your product, representing its value proposition and unique selling points. Make sure our customer-facing teams are aware of the most relevant value-adding features and functionalities. Engage with customers and industry influencers to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends.

• You have at least five years of experience working as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment 
• You have a track record of shipping customer value that translates into business value 
• You demonstrate natural leadership qualities that allow you to inspire and lead your Product team and key stakeholders to desired outcomes 
• You have excellent communication and visualization skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds 
• You have a mindset of creativity, curiosity, and willingness to grow 
• You are an analyst at heart and enjoy finding a simple solution to a complex problem 
• You enjoy travelling to our Munich headquarter on a regular basis 
• Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
