We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead one of our teams in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2C sales initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance, and collaborating closely with the Vice President of Revenue to achieve company objectives.

Your Responsibilities
Coss-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the EMEA sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Vice President of Revenue to create comprehensive sales strategies, to define pricing and ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
Forecasting and Analysis: Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Performance Evaluation: Implement metrics to measure and evaluate sales performance, regularly reviewing and optimizing strategies to drive growth.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
2+ years of management consulting experience and a proven track record in B2C sales leadership, preferably within the Proptech or real estate industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create strategic plans, forecast sales, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a high-performance culture and motivating teams to achieve targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM software and other sales management tools.
