Talent Sourcing @MongoDB

We are in search of a Senior Sourcer to collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in devising candidate acquisition strategies for our Sales teams in North America. Your role involves innovatively uncovering top talent and engaging passive candidates with a highly proactive approach.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs will be provided)

Reporting into Lead - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for

  • Leading sourcing efforts for sales business to support fast-paced business growth and achieving hiring targets
  • Partnering with recruiters to build and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent for MongoDB
  • Mentoring the team members
  • Share market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and direction
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within MongoDB’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
  • Work closely with the recruiters and hiring managers while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver accordingly
  • Utilize all sourcing channels such as niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for internal positions; build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system
  • Proactively preparing passive talent pipeline by identifying the talent via competitor talent pool analysis
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of talent sourcing experience or hiring experience gained in a recruiting firm, RPO or an in-house recruiting team (preferable) in a fast-paced target-oriented environment
  • Someone with a strong technology sales hiring or sourcing experience would be an ideal fit
  • Lead calls effectively and independently with sales recruiters globally
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a must
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills and with a mindset to try out new approaches and ideas for hard-to-fill reqs
  • Experience building consultative relationships with business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed assigned recruiting metrics
  • Must have worked in a high pressure/high octane environment that is focused on Business Priorities and Business enabling scenarios
  • Must have a growth mindset: a drive for continuous improvement, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's views
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
