• You will work as a business consultant within the company on various strategic key projects across different departments
• One of your tasks will also include supporting the corporate development of the organization to manage growth and setting strategic targets for the year
• You are in charge of improving cost structures and processes while keeping the roadsurfer customer experience and therefore the satisfaction at the highest level
• You are going to prepare monthly as well as quarterly business reviews and manage ad-hoc requests

• You successfully finished your bachelors degree, preferably in business management or within innovation/entrepreneurship related fields
• Also you have 4+ years relevant experience in business development and/or consulting 
• Previous experience within a well-known international consulting company gives you a significant plus
• The position also requires you to have an entrepreneurial mindset as well as an attitude to proactively come up with fresh and disruptive ideas
• You should have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization
• Finally you bring excellent English & German (as a nice to have) skills both spoken as well as written
