Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, Hardware Operations

In this role, you will function as the key liaison for new programs and products entering the Hardware Operations Organization. This individual will have a broad knowledge of end to end Supply Chain and use data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, initiative prioritization, and project execution to identify problems. Then develop solutions to those problems and effectively communicate recommended courses of action and execute/operationalize. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Supply Chain Procurement, Analytics and Logistics teams across all programs and products.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Toast’s Leadership Team to provide updates on program statuses, including highlighting potential risks and outlining proposed solutions and mitigation steps
  • Define, implement, and drive execution of program requirements, workflows, and plans
  • Planning and managing program activities, scope, timeline, budget and resources during the entire program lifecycle.
  • Maintain dashboards to track program status and to communicate key metrics to the broader organization
  • Analyze the complete supply chain for the program by defining and measuring performance criteria (milestone adherence, supply chain network, cost savings opportunities, operational efficiency, etc.) to support strategic decision making
  • Manage new product introductions into HW Operations and change management
  • End to end implementation, training, process mapping and Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) completion for programs, where appropriate, for effective operationalization

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Minimum of 10 years of Program/Project Management experience in end to end Supply Chain Operations 
  • Experience in end to end Supply Chain Management within the electronics industry
  • Experience with executive or upper management presence and executive presentation skills
  • Experience developing succinct, crisp executive summaries and presenting to leadership
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated applied experience delivering complex programs and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and programs with various stakeholders
  • 5-10% travel, subject to change depending on program assigned

Special Sauce* (Non-essential Skills/Nice to Haves)

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • PMP Certification 
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management within the POS industry

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$140,000—$224,000 USD
