About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Merchandising Coordinator who has strong organizational skills, an understanding of e-commerce, and a passion for creating visually appealing online displays. Reporting to our Vice President of eCommerce Operations you will help help execute merchandising strategies, ensuring accurate product representation, and enhancing the online shopping experience.

  • You will collaborate with the merchandising team to help accomplish online merchandising strategies that align with our goals.
  • You will help manage the online product catalogue, including product categorization, tagging, and attributes.
  • You will help coordinate product launches, updates, and promotions on the website.
  • You will work with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing online merchandising displays.
  • You will conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy in product information, pricing, and availability.
  • You will monitor and analyze site metrics, user behaviour, and sales data to identify opportunities for merchandising optimization.
  • You will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless coordination of merchandising plans.
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and new technologies related to site merchandising.
About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce or retail.
  • 1+ years of experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • You have experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and merchandising principles
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either French or German.
  • You are detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and visually appealing online displays.
  • You have excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have a high degree of fluency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
