At HashiCorp, we’re building a generation-defining infrastructure software company, powered by our core principles and a growing team of talented, committed professionals working together to help organizations seamlessly transition to and operate in the cloud.

From our inception we built the company with a remote-first approach because we believe talent has no boundaries. While prior experience working remotely isn't required, we are looking for team members who perform well given a high level of independence and autonomy.

About Our Team

HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP) is a self-service, fully managed platform that offers HashiCorp products as a service to automate infrastructure across any cloud using the latest best practices. • Collaborate with Product , Design and other internal teams to shape the best UI flows
  • Innovate and evolve our frontend tooling and ecosystem to make the experience of writing high quality code as effortless and enjoyable as possible
  • Support the applications you build by developing Observability best practices and being a part of an on-call rotation
  • Work on a product oriented team where you think big, ship small, measure, and iterate
  • Develop an understanding of our various products (Terraform, Vault, Consul etc)
  • Be a part of a distributed team (we’re in NA and Europe)
You may be a good fit if some of the following apply:
  • Experienced with modern browser based development (Javascript/ES7, HTML, CSS)
  • Familiar with modern Javascript tooling such as Webpack, Storybook, React, Angular, Ember
  • Familiar with micro-service and single page architectures
  • Familiar with web accessibility guidelines, accessibility tools, and assistive technologies
  • Familiar with engineering practices at scale such as shared tooling and platforms, design systems, inner-source/open-source contributions, and collaboration within guilds or pods
  • You consider yourself a “product engineer” and enjoy contributing to the overall product vision, being a strong advocate for the customer, and immersing yourself in data
  • You’re kind, empathetic, curious, pragmatic, and excited about working with diverse groups of people across a company
  • Bonus: Familiarity with IAM concepts or past experience working with IAM systems.
